The eight-session intensive program will be led by industry veterans, ensuring a blend of traditional marketing theory with the practical application of data analytics
In response to the shifting focus of brands towards retaining existing customers over acquiring new ones, the Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA) Ahmedabad has launched a new course titled “Tech Tonic – Consumer Tech and Campaign Management.” This programme aims to equip students with knowledge in Consumer Technology, Retention Marketing, and Campaign Management.
The Media Entertainment and Sports Management Specialisation area at MICA has collaborated with WebEngage, a MarTech platform and Retention Consultancy suite, to design and deliver this course. WebEngage is known for simplifying user engagement at scale, making it a fitting partner for this initiative.
The eight-session intensive program will be led by industry veterans, ensuring a blend of traditional marketing theory with the practical application of data analytics in today’s competitive consumer tech landscape. Spanning over five weeks, the course will address challenges faced by major media platforms in India’s competitive market.
Students will gain in-depth insights into how these platforms analyze customer data, manage user engagement, and communicate effectively across various channels. The course aims to prepare students to navigate and succeed in the dynamic environment of user acquisition and retention.
