MassLive is looking to supplement its high school football coverage in Western Massachusetts by adding talented and driven freelance sportswriters to report on games throughout the region.
This is the perfect opportunity for local college students looking to get started in sports journalism or for writers looking to cover sports in their spare time. We’re looking for writers who can thrive on a tight deadline, keep accurate stats and write both clearly and objectively.
Applicants should have availability on Thursday and Friday nights and Saturday throughout the day. Some local travel is required.
