Episode five opens with ace chef Seo-joon rapidly cooking and serving customers with expertly crafted hot dishes. Each patron compliments the food, noting the perfect presentation and timely delivery. Go Min-si assists Seo-joon, ensuring he doesn’t overburden himself, though he adeptly manages six pits at once, preparing various dishes for different tables simultaneously.
The lunch service runs smoothly, fueled by Seo-joon’s impressive speed. However, a hiccup occurs when Seo-jin mistakenly writes down an order for normal galbijjim instead of the requested spicy version. Woo-shik serves the incorrect dish to Table 2, but the customers don’t raise any concerns. Realizing the mistake, Seo-jin apologizes to the customers, and Seo-joon quickly prepares the correct spicy galbijjim. Despite this slip-up, the lunch service ends with great profit, and the team takes a well-deserved break to enjoy lunch together.
They eat some rice while Seo-jin steps out to buy kebabs for everyone. The team eagerly devours the kebabs before moving on to prepare ingredients for the evening service. Woo-shik and Min-si, exhausted from washing numerous dishes in hot water, feel the strain, with Min-si’s hands puffing up from the constant exposure. Nevertheless, the team diligently preps vegetables and other ingredients. Seo-joon introduces a new dish, “Dakgalbi,” made with chicken thighs and ramen, aiming to impress the evening customers with this special addition.

Gazing at the stunning sky, the team does a joyful dance, celebrating nature’s reward for their hard work.
