ChatGPT is currently down in parts of the United States, as per user reports. The chatbot by OpenAI is taking too much time to load and answer the queries by its users, the reports added. Several people took to social media to complain that they were not able to use ChatGPT Wednesday afternoon. The online outage tracking websites also confirmed issues with OpenAI’s platform.
The live server status page listed on OpenAI’s official website stated that the company was investigating an issue. “Elevated errors on ChatGPT. We are currently investigating this issue,” Open AI informed adding that the outage started at around 12:46 PDT.
The data provided by Downdetector showed that user complaints nearly touched the 3,000 mark at around 2:00 to 4:00 pm, per different time zones in the US. Most of the user reports indicated that the chatbot either failed to load or took too much of a time to answer their queries raised on the platform.
