Nine girls were arrested from a building in Delhi-NCR where they operated a call center using false identities. The center was managed by two former insurance agents. During a police raid, investigators uncovered a black diary detailing the center’s illicit activities. The scammers manipulated victims through deception, charging ₹2500 for obtaining contact details.
