WilsonHCG, a leading global talent solutions provider, has appointed Marisa Kacary as its first chief marketing officer. With more than 25 years of experience as a marketing leader in the talent acquisition and RPO space, she brings a wealth of strategic marketing expertise to WilsonHCG and its subsidiary companies including its talent intelligence business, Claro.
Kacary, who is based in the United Kingdom, will lead WilsonHCG’s global marketing initiatives, with a focus on enhancing brand reputation and visibility, fostering deeper client engagement and driving growth across new markets.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Marisa to our executive team,” says John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG. “Marisa’s extensive experience in marketing and knowledge of the industry will be invaluable to WilsonHCG as we embark on our next stage of growth and further cement our position as a global leader in talent solutions.”
“I am delighted to join WilsonHCG during such an exciting period of growth,” says Kacary. “I’ve known John for almost a decade so when the opportunity to join WilsonHCG arose, the decision was a no-brainer. WilsonHCG’s commitment to innovation, authentic leadership, and its people-first culture are very compelling.”
Kacary, an alumni fellow with the highly regarded Marketing Academy, has been named an “HRO Superstar” and a “trailblazer and trendsetter” in professional services marketing.
Kacary’s appointment is the latest in a series of high-profile senior leadership appointments WilsonHCG has made in recent months. Janine Chidlow, who is based in the United Kingdom, joined the company in September with a remit to further expand WilsonHCG’s solutions offering and client base in EMEA. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the RPO, MSP, and recruitment industry. Meanwhile, Charles Faigle, who has more than two decades of industry experience and is based in North America, also joined recently and is leading the charge to further grow WilsonHCG’s total talent solutions in the Americas.
