WellSpan Health, UnitedHealthcare reach new contract agreement
WellSpan Health and UnitedHealthcare have come to terms on a new agreement, according to a WellSpan spokesperson. Effective Dec. 15, the agreement will provide UnitedHealthcare commercial patients with renewed access to WellSpan care.This new agreement also extends commercial UnitedHealthcare coverage to WellSpan’s new North region and patients of WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital.”As always, ensuring our patients receive timely care which meets their needs is our first priority and we’re happy we were able to come to these terms,” spokesman Ryan Coyle said in a statement.
