Hialeah Stanton of the Kinzua Ridge Runners 4-H Horse Club, third from left, was a member of a multi-county horse judging team that took first place, defeating four other teams in the state competition to win the beginner’s division. The team was made up of Stanton, Richelle Jones from Greene County as well as Reed Messer and Adele Hohn from Butler County. Participants were also judged on an individual basis with Stanton taking 6th overall. The Pennsylvania 4-H horse judging competition invites 4-H youth from all over the state to compete in both team and individual judging.
