Re: Red Light Cameras: Windsor doubles down on traffic enforcement (June 11)

I’m sure it has nothing to do with the extra $1 million in annual net revenues into the city’s coffers.
Did he ever commission a study as to why drivers in in this city constantly run red lights? Is he even aware of how frustrating it is to drive on the main roads without being able to get two green lights in a row?

Has he ever wondered why one can drive on Telegraph Road (Detroit) during rush hour for three minutes before having to stop for a red light?
It’s time to address the real problem (poor traffic management), instead of dealing with the symptoms (red light violations).
